- Sign in securely. Use the sign-in page when it opens. Keep passwords and codes out of chat.
- Make your first plan. After checking the connection, your agent asks when you have free time and what you enjoy. Existing users pick up where they left off.
Using Claude or another app with custom connectors?
Add a custom connector named Sesh with this URL, complete sign-in, and enable it in your conversation:

Then say “use Sesh.” Connector availability depends on your app and account. Adding it alone does not complete sign-in.
What if my chat cannot connect?
You can still find public videos. Private history and plans with friends need a supported connector or signed-in agent browser. Your agent should explain what it can actually do.
Connections are optional beyond Sesh itself. Your agent can work with the interests and free time you choose to share. Sesh does not automatically connect your email, streaming accounts or socials.
